Chefs - Winter Season
We're looking for passionate and experienced creative chefs this winter to come and join our small dynamic team in Chamonix Mont Blanc...French Alps! We are a privately owned hotel with restaurant,bar and pro shop, voted 2011/12 Trip Advisor's 2nd in their funkiest places to stay in the Alps.
The ideal candidates will possess a passion for home cooked food with creative flair, a minimum of three years experience (sous or higher) and a can do and professional approach to life. The candidates must be in possession of valid Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificates thereby ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment in accordance with recognised qualifications NVQ/other and HACCP standards. You will be cooking for large numbers and therefore the experience required must show proven ability to work under pressure and independently whilst staying motivated, within budget and GP. French speaking desirable but not essential.
The successful applicants will work just 6 evening shifts a week and receive accommodation and discounted equipment hire amongst the other perks of working in our fun and exciting establishment.
